Meet the owner
Brian Souza brings years of folding carton experience, having "grown up" in the industry. His journey started as an hourly, entry-level employee, and over time, he has traversed through nearly every facet of the folding carton production process. This hands-on experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's inner workings, challenges, and opportunities.
Throughout his career, Brian's dedication and passion led him to excel in various roles, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and growth. Most recently, Brian held the position of Finishing Manager at Westrock Corporation, where he led a team of approximately 100.
Now, as he embraces a decision to "semi-retire," Brian remains deeply connected to his roots and acknowledges that his journey is far from complete. He believes that the wealth of knowledge and expertise he has accumulated can be invaluable to those who are eager to excel in the folding carton industry. Brian is driven by a desire to share his insights, mentor emerging leaders, and contribute to the industry's advancement.
